Overview
Lettings Administrator temporary role waiting to be filled Venn Group are working with a Support Organisation to recruit for a service in Manchester. Location: Manchester – Longsight Rate: £11.51 p/hour inc. holiday pay (Umbrella Rate) Length: 8 weeks Hours: 30 hours p/week over 4 days Start: Next week The role will predominantly involve: Dealing with lettings and admin duties for retirement living schemes over Greater Manchester and Wigan Dealing with queries from applicants, working closely with retirement living team Coordinating dealing with direct applications and local authority nominations Placing adverts with local authority choice based lettings teams The successful candidate must have an Adult Enhanced DBS within 12 months and be able to start the contract next week To find out more about this role or to apply please contact Sam Marshall or Jake Simms on or alternatively reply to this email with your up to date CV.
