Our latest "HOT JOB" is on behalf of a new build developer with one of the largest land banks in the London area for the up & coming years. They are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team to cover 2 developments in West London The ideal candidate is someone who has a new build background and has managed the customer journey previously however they would also consider someone who is a Senior Customer Service Coordinator with 3 years experience who is looking for a move Day to day duties: Snagging new build departments prior to completion Providing the key handover to customers on completion day Conducting home demonstrations Dealing with escalated complaints Conducting customer site visits to deal with any defects after completion Liaising regularly with engineers to ensure repairs are dealt with Reporting directly into the Head of Customer Service Providing an excellent customer service at all times If you are a customer service manager currently and you are looking for a new challenge or you are a senior customer service coordinator looking for the next step up please apply below today or for more information please contact Zoe Georgiou at Fawkes & Reece London
