The home provides person centred care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia and end of life care. The long-standing Nurse Qualified Home Manager is looking for a Nurse to join the team and is flexible and able to accommodate part time and full-time hours, as well as days, nights or a combination to suit you. They would also need to be confident in their clinical ability, including catheter care and wound care, plus be an excellent communicator, one who can demonstrate professional and clinical best practice, who has a track record of delivering real improvements in care, can inspire a care team to improve and have a passion to raise standards in all aspects of care delivery.
