Overview
Customer Service Coordinator Sheffield (Near Meadowhall) Upto £19,500 My client is a multimillion-pound organisation, and I’m excited to be working in partnership with them to recruit for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role will see you be a part of an important and engaged team that provides professional quotations to customers following routine service visits, helping to contribute to the broader company targets. The team are expected to work to levels of customer service that are second to none and provide quotations in a swift timeframe. Please note, this role involves estimating and quoting for jobs so whilst you get a basic salary, the role will be target driven and commission is available once those targets have been achieved. You will be targeted on the quotations generated which will then lead into works carried out so it’s not a direct sales role. This role will see you provide excellent customer service in line with my Clients departmental standards, procedures and guidelines; Build effective relationships with customers both internally and externally Deal appropriately with customer queries received and provide responses to confirm the outcome/action Maintain quote output levels in line with company targets Maintain and update customers’ records accurately, and in accordance with data protection requirements, ensuring internal systems are kept up to date Follow up communication to chase quotes issued by the quoting team Source appropriate quotations from suppliers and expedite orders as required Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are followed Ensure that Quality Procedures are followed Liaise with other sections of the Service Department to achieve departmental standards I look forward to receiving your application, Please call me with any questions you may have.
