Job Description A Workforce Optimisation company based in London is looking for a Software Engineer that is passionate about Data Science, to develop Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing algorithms in their Intelligence team. Role & Responsibilities Responsible for product development and work on key textual data problems, solutions and deep search Researching and designing the Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning solutions for companies, in order to increase efficiency, productivity and engagement for these clients Working with existing application and how to work with them, as well as creating data usage in new ways Working within an agile team and attending daily meetings to discuss potential solutions and issues to overcome Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of innovative Machine Learning and NLP technologies from either commercial experience or academia Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Solid knowledge of advanced application architectures Benefits 25 days of holiday UK Bank holidays Flexible working locations following completion of probation period
