My client is a fast-growing Distributor to the UK with passionate teams that work with very high standards of customer service to resolve issues and gain sales/Customer relationships. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Exceptional customer service skills. Taking ownership and exercising one touch call resolution Build effective working relationships with couriers and other departments. Excellent awareness and responsiveness to sales opportunities Proactive and friendly member of the team who can work as part of a team or off of your own initiative. Sales outgoing calls to gain customer relationships WE'RE LOOKING FOR An individual who can be part of an exceptional customer service team Need to meet targets and are you drive on to go above and beyond tasks provided An individual that is looking for a career in the business and not just a job Be able to make outgoing calls and talk to different customers around the UK to grow customer relationships.
