Permanent Application Support Agent Recruitment Agency Reference: 6949140 Location: Cambridge Salary: Competitive Venn Group is working alongside a global market leader in timetabling and resource scheduling software. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 5 other 1st line support agents in supporting customers with technical issues. Working closely with 2nd line, DevOps, and Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Triaging Tickets raised in Zendesk for a wide range of products Investigating technical issues via phone, email and remote sessions Ensure calls are answered and issues logged within the targets provided Escalate issues according to client processes Follow basic processes and diagnostics to establish problem and where possible provide the fix to resolution Essential skills include: Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Attention to detail throughout all tasks Ability to work as a team and independently Keen to learn new products and technologies Excellent customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond Knowledge of Windows OS and SQL Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting SLA’s Desirable skills include: Educated to degree standard or an equivalent discipline Experience of working in a technical support environment Experience of working with cloud based software Fluent in Dutch, German or French If you are interested in this position or would like to find out more about similar roles please contact Alex Bell on and email your updated CV to Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
