RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – BUSINESS SUPPORT - MANCHESTER Our company RK Group came out of the blocks in 1996 to become a specialist financial recruitment consultancy operating in Yorkshire and the North West. They are also part of the Kellan Group Ltd so have fantastic infrastructure. RK Group are an active, social bunch out on incentives including bowling, skiing, holidays to Paphos, crazy golf and more. The opportunity We currently have an opportunity in our established Manchester office recently relocated to fabulous offices in Parsonage Gardens. The RK Group is expanding and we are looking for highly talented individuals to grow their career via our brand. The Manchester team is full of experience and their clients regularly ask them to fill none finance roles particularly within administrative and business support roles. We need someone to help us service this need and build the desk. You will gain all the training you require to support you in your journey, whether it be a sector transfer or further development and you will quickly gain autonomy to get on with your job You will be treated like an adult, given sensible flexibility to balance your life outside work and have opportunity to grow and see your career flourish. What you need to apply You will have sales or prior recruitment experience looking to make a move/ transfer into specialist recruitment. You will be career driven and focused on wanting to grow in your role and with our company. You will be highly resilient, have high energy and be very business focused, winning, developing and nurturing relationships will come easily to you and you will be able to stand out from the competition. You shall demonstrate quickly learning, commercial skills and business acumen with a work ethic that is second to none. Commission and Promotion There is no smoke and mirrors, it is a proper meritocracy. Our commission scheme is very transparent. Everybody knows what they have to do and how much they will earn. The bonus scheme is the same for everyone at their respective level.
