Applications Support Analyst - Cambridge - Permanent Source Technology have partnered exclusively with an FMCG client to resource a number of roles for them, one being an experienced Applications Support Consultant The client will be looking for someone to join a growing team before the end of April 2020. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides JD Edwards, LogiTime, Evo, Payroll, Ranger, TotalFarm, SharePoint and other 3rd party and in-house developed application support. Manages and progress incidents and service requests in line with the incident and service management processes, including providing timely and accurate updates and resolving tickets within agreed Service Level Targets. Responsible for maintaining all relevant documentation Responsible for writing Service Transition documentation, and adhering to documented Service Transition processes Responsible for updating tickets and other records with relevant and time-specific information Provides timely and accurate information to peers in order to efficiently resolve IT issues Maintains an up to date understanding of technology used within the business to ensure that user issues are managed effectively and efficiently Represents the client's Business Systems team in a professional way at all times. Ability to read and understand SQL ERP Knowledge (Doesn't have to be in depth) HR Applications, Payroll etc The role requires you to drive to site so please only apply if you have a clean driving license and own/ have use of a car.
