Overview

Manpower are looking to recruit a Technical Team Lead to manage a team of 2nd Line Support Engineers on an initial 6-month contract based in Erskine. Your team will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance across a variety of different user access devices and operating systems throughout the UK, therefore we are looking for candidates that have previous experience in a Team Lead role within an IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing quality measures as well as people & performance management. Previous experience in a 2nd/ 3rd Line IT Support environment would be beneficial but not essential. People management including implementing quality measures and performance improvement plans The ideal candidate will have a pro-active approach towards problem/ incident resolutions, as a strong communicator you will be confident engaging with customers and stakeholders at a senior level. You will work on a rotational shift basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with no weekend or on call work.
