Overview

Role: Deutschsprachig Customer Service Advisor Salary: £9867/annum plus quarterly bonus and benefits package Hours: 16-20 hours a week between 4pm:10:30pm. Must be able to commit to 20 hours a week training 6pm-10pm. Contract: Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday starting between 4pm-10:30pm working a 4 hour shift with a 1 in 4 weekend day. Training will be Monday - Friday between 4pm-8pm This role is part time evenings. We are looking for candidates with the following experience and attributes:  Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service  Strong communication skills  Ability to work as part of a team - positive outlook and high energy  PC Literate including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel  Enthusiasm to develop new knowledge and skills  Commitment to quality  Additional language skills in German, Spanish, French, Italian and Swedish are advantageous What's involved in the role? The Customer Service Representative role is all about managing inbound customer enquiries from shareholders and their representatives, with a focus on quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise a range of in-house IT systems to provide a class-leading service to our customers and ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. You'll join our Call Centre Team, dealing with a diversity of enquiries. Following a comprehensive training program you will initially specialise in one of our core business lines, but over time you will develop your product knowledge through our structured training programme, building a suite of skills across a wide range of services. This is a very dynamic area of the business, and no two days are quite the same. Providing services on behalf of several hundred clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.
