Overview

Our Client is looking for someone to work as a temp for 15 weeks with effect from the 16/03/20 in their Finance Department working Monday to Friday - 37 hours a week. THE ROLE You will be supporting the commercial rebates team assigning invoices based upon pre-set criteria: Act as a single point of contact for the SAP interface Own and manage the process of identifying invoices (within outlined criteria) and correctly assigning. Own and manage the Rebate Invoice Database , ensuring our internal databases are up to date and accurate. Support the Operations, Credit Control and Rebates team where required to ensure continuity of support Ideally you will have experience within an administrative or finance role (2-3 years) including MS Office products (particularly Excel) Experience with invoicing and credit control procedures Experience with SAP (desirable - not essential) or similar systems with chain of authority processes Experience of dealing with commercial teams and senior management. Experience of working with IT/ commercial processes and systems and inputting data accurately.
