Senior Recruitment Manager - Team Management Solihull / Warwick Paying up to £60k Bonus Interim 6 Month FTC - Need to be Immediately Available My client, a leading private sector company, is looking for a Interim Resourcing Delivery Manager to join their team based in Warwickshire for a 6 Month FTC. You will be managing a large team that focuses on niche vacancies. Key responsibilities: Develop strong relationships across the business with managers/senior managers and directors. Proactively manage their internal candidate pools and provide an amazing candidate experience. Sourcing and attracting high calibre candidates. Leading a large team of recruiters to deliver on key business objectives. Reviewing, updating and implementing new recruitment processes and procedures. Working closely with key stakeholders to determine current and future resourcing requirements and workforce plans. Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees. Assisting in the interviewing and selection process, liaising with department managers on paperwork and preparing selected candidates for entry into the business. Support hiring managers across all areas of business on recruitment strategy. Analysing and measuring recruitment outcomes and success. What skills we are looking for: Experience and in-depth knowledge of the complete end-to-end recruitment, re-structure and redeployment processes, including legal requirements, policy and best practice principles. Experience of working with recruitment systems to deliver both internal and external experienced and direct hires across a range of business functions. Experience of implementing a range of attraction and selection methodologies, especially innovative sourcing solutions and competency-based interviewing techniques, across a diverse range of role's. Experience in team leadership. Experience and understanding of various methodologies to recruit niche vacancies.
