The Recruitment Administrator role As a Recruitment Assistant you will be responsible for recruitment administration such as posting vacancies, filtering, screening and ensuring the database is kept up to date. You will also conduct telephone interviews and arrange interviewing for hiring managers. As you get more experience you will be give the chance to take on more responsibility and grow within the position.
