Purchase Ledger Clerk Chard £18,000- £21,000 Permanent We are recruiting a finance assistant with Purchase Ledger experience for a professional and friendly business based in Chard. The position is a wide and varied finance role that will require experience. The position involves: Raising purchase orders Matching Invoices to Purchase Order Weekly Payment Runs Credit Clearances Supplier Statement Reconciliations Ensuring month end accruals and prepayments are captured accurately The set-up of new accounts and products The preparation of customer account reconciliations to ensure orders can be released in line with approved credit limits. Purchase & Sales Ledger Bank Summaries and Payments Finance Administration You will need to be: An excellent organiser Have good communication skills Able to work to and meet strict reporting deadlines Excellent when using Excel Flexible Whats in it for you?
