FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

Marc Daniels are recruiting for an FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner to join a multinational company based in Uxbridge. This role would suit a progressive candidate, currently in an analytical position looking to further their career in a very progressive organisation. Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of regular reporting, monthly estimate and planning processes across the Commercial Finance team and wider business Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of management reporting and financial analysis and insights. Strong business partnering experience or exposure Proactively develop reports, tools and insights to suit the requirements of stakeholders and business initiatives. Through robust commentary, reports should highlight areas of Risks & Opportunities and Action plans to close gaps Support the development, enhancement and roll out of Finance Systems, including influencing design, co-ordinating testing, and managing implementation. Co-ordinate and prepare/update presentations that will be presented to the Finance Director, Sales Director and other members of the Leadership team. Ownership of the Month End and monthly estimate Trade Analytics Provide insightful Trade Planning and Promotional Analytics Demonstrate exceptional leadership and excellent business partnership skills for the strategy, planning & financial analysis as part of the Sales Finance Team Manage the preparation & delivery of monthly customers results, accurate analysis of change and provide key and actionable commentary Provide relevant/insightful analysis along with recommendations to improve the quality of decisions and ensure the chosen business options deliver the highest financial value at an acceptable level of risk Balance Sheet Management To be considered: Part qualified and actively studying towards ACCA / ACA / CIMA Minimum of 18 months - 2yrs in a relatable, analytical position Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups / Pivot tables) Strong ability to build effective relationships and work cross functionally SAP ERP, SAP CRM, BW Systems experience an advantage Benefits: Discretionary bonus Study support package Health Care: Family Dental: Single Holiday: 25 days bank holidays Subsidized Canteen Gym onsite Wellbeing offering (including health checks and massages) Life Insurance Eye Care Vouchers Cycle to Work Scheme By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
