Are you a Technical Compliance Manager looking for new opportunity My client, a leading facilities service provider are currently recruiting for a Technical Compliance Manager to start in Central London, working as part of a team as an integral part of delivery of all M&E services on a prestigious contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to start with an organisation who are continually developing and progressing careers with a competitive package on offer. The package £45,000 - £52,500 salary Company Car / Car Allowance / Travel Allowance 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Private Health Care Pension contribution of 4% - 8% Purpose of the role To set technical Standards for the business in line with statutory and good working practices to all M&E functions of the business. Provide an audit function and reporting performance in the delivery of standards to senior management. Tasks and Responsibilities Liaison with the H&S manager(s) for the FM business to ensure overall best practice is adopted and that there are no gaps in the documentation or audit activities Providing summary reports and data recommending business changes including outline effect on overall operations and cost base Raise awareness throughout technical teams The candidate To have experience of delivering Statutory and Mandatory Compliance. Electrical or mechanical qualification. Professional Membership (IWFM). NEBOSH / IOSH qualified.
