Flexible working hours Factory IT Technician Key Requirements: Must have IT experience in a Production environment Basic networking, PC set up, Cabling and 1st line IT support capability Strong excel use (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) General IT Systems knowledge (ERP, Database usage, Report Writing, SQL basics) Microsoft packages Factory IT Technician Responsibilities: Rollout of the ERP/Traceability software within the business, by becoming an on-site expert, and coaching your colleagues to support and underpin progress Maintain strong pace & standards of performance expected within the production environment Systematically learn each part of the system through a combination of your colleague showing you their sections, instructions manuals, vendor support, and Consultant help Solve day to day issues through your knowledge to ensure the factory runs efficiently Coach and train our core team members to become proficient system users, and to support and become advocates of the necessary processes involved WR Transport & Logistics are the 1 recruitment partner for transport jobs and logistics jobs.
