Overview

Domus are currently working with a fantastic national charitable organisation to recruit for a supported living manager at their brand new flagship service in Bristol. The charity provide exceptional personalised support for young adults with complex disabilities. Reporting into a fantastic Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with running their brand new supported living service for adults with a learning disability and/or autism, as well as behaviours that may challenge. Interview Process Most likely a one stage interview which will consist of a panel interview with the Head of Operations and Operations Manager. The interviews will take place in Bristol. Key responsibilities: Oversee the day to day running of two supported living services for young adults with learning disabilities and autism that may display behaviours that challenge. Ensure that the service remains compliant with CQC. Support the team to enable individuals to live the life they choose. The ideal candidate will: Have a 'can do' attitude with a solutions focused outlook. Have a proven experience of supervising and line managing staff. Have a good understanding of the supported living model. Have experience working with adults with a learning disability and/or autism. Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Ideally have been registered with CQC previously or be willing to go through the registration process.
