An International Law firm with a fantastic reputation and an impressive client base, has an opening in its contentious Intellectual Property team for a trade mark and soft IP litigation/disputes specialist. If you are looking to join an established team, which handles some notable contentious issues for a range of household name clients, then this opportunity will be of interest to you. As the successful applicant will be operating at Senior Associate level, solicitors who have gained upwards of 3 years’ post qualification experience are encouraged to get in touch. This vacancy would suit a solicitor who is already on the way to making a name for themselves in the areas of trade mark litigation, dispute resolution and in relation to other soft IP contentious issues - and who feels that a new employer who is aligned with their ambitions would help them to achieve their career aims.
