Essential Requirements: Manage the full recruitment cycle of all-star hires from sourcing and interviewing, to navigating through whatever roadblocks may cross your path, all the way to the new hires first day. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders Provide support and guidance to other recruiters and hiring managers. Possess a passion for what you do, as well as being self-motivated and results-oriented. Be personable and articulate, even in high-pressure situations. Good social media and networking recruitment and selection experience. Proven ability to manage deadlines, with a right candidate first-time approach Solid understanding of the end to end recruitment process. Evidence of successful campaigns and hard to find roles, great knowledge of different attraction strategies.
