As the Social Inclusion Officer, you will be given the autonomy to co-ordinate, promote and facilitate a range of activities for individuals and groups experiencing isolation and loneliness, that will address social inclusion, housing and wellbeing support needs. You will work in your community to identify gaps in support provisions, whilst promoting the social inclusion service and activities to local services, individuals and community groups to increase engagement levels.
