3rd Line Field Support Engineer

Role: 3rd Line Field Support Engineer Skills: - Capable of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, Active Directory user creation and Administration, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Exchange set up, SharePoint, Network Infrastructure covering ASDL, Broadband, LANs & VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router and Virtualisation (VMWare/ Hyper V). I have a client who are a small IT Support company based in Ringwood who are looking for a 3rd Line Field Support Engineer, who has experience with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, Active Directory user creation and Administration, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, DNS, DHCP, Office 365 Exchange set up, SharePoint, Network Infrastructure covering ASDL, Broadband, LANs & VLANs, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router and Virtualisation (VMWare/ Hyper V) on a permanent basis. This 3rd Line Field Support Engineer role is paying up to £35,000 per annum on a permanent basis. This role will have an element of field support and will require you to have a Full UK Driving Licence to assist local clients with their IT Needs within 2nd and 3rd line support.
