Overview

Vacancy: Contracts Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Director / Senior Contracts Manager to join a highly respected main contractor with work across Greater London, Buckinghamshire & Surrey. Due to organic growth & securing several negotiated contracts they have a opening. Position: As a contracts manager you would be responsible for the delivery of 2/3 schemes that will range from £20Million - £40 Million, majority of their projects will be Education, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure or student accommodation. This will include both new build & some large scale refurbishments, majority of their work would be design & build & secured via frame works or negotiated contracts. Joining this team you would have worked as a project director or senior contracts manager with a Tier one or large regional main contractor. You will have excellent contractual & technical knowledge. You would have experience assisting with the pre construction / tendering process, you will drive construction programs with the help of site teams, from a client representative you will ensure all senior meeting are conducted by your self & senior project managers. Your new employer: This contractor has a local office on the out skirts of west London & covers Berkshire, Oxford, Surrey, West / Central London. This regional business operates circa £160 Million a year, they specialises on projects upwards of £20 Million in a wide range of sectors listed below. This contractor secures work via frame works or negotiated contracts.
