Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/FILEx - 5PQE Legal 200 firm based in central Reading who are in the top tiers for many of their specialisms are seeking a Conveyancer to join their expanding team. This leading regional law firm that is experiencing a sustained period of growth and plays an active part in developing business and marketing. A Solicitor or FILEx is required to join their Real Estate team and act for a range of clients that include Landlords and Tenants, entrepreneurs on a range of transactions that include high value transactions relating to residential transactions including freehold and leasehold properties and enfranchisement and providing advise to clients This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing fee earner able to handle a diverse caseload dealing with an existing portfolio of clients and referral services and expanding this further.
