Overview

Thain Wildbur, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in King’s Lynn, have a vacancy for an Accounting technician/ trainee accountant The role will involve:- Preparing accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Preparing basic tax computations and self assessment tax returns Supporting payroll and bookkeeping staff You will need to have:- Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS Office Experience of working with digital accounts production packages and databases Accounting knowledge and experience (to AAT level 4 or equivalent) You will also need to possess:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be confident in dealing with clients and professional staff at all levels Be flexible and willing to learn new systems and processes Previous experience of working within a modern accountancy practice will be an advantage.
