Overview

What will you be doing as Personal Assistant? To provide administrative support to the Managing Director: diary and appointment management, organize and convene meetings, minute taking, maintain filing systems (electronic and manual), copying/duplicating documents. To create documents such as letters, reports, agendas and minutes. Making appointments on behalf of the Managing Director with internal and external stakeholders To ensure the Managing Director’s documents are well organized, current and easily auditable. To manage any email inboxes responding to enquiries as required. Supporting with the reception desk when required The skills and experience you will have: Previous experience as a PA would be beneficial, however not essential You will have the ability to work as an integral part of the team providing excellent customer service to a wide range of customers in a fast-paced environment You will be able to work on your own initiative, with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure You will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels (written and oral). ICT skills including Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases Ability to organise and priorities work to meet required deadlines Excellent attention to detail Hours and days of work: This opportunity will involve working 5 days out of 7 during office hours (this includes some weekend cover). Some flexibility will be required from time to time to support with early evening events.
