HR Manager / Business Partner Location - Welwyn Garden City Salary - c£35-40k We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager / Business Partner to join a busy and continually growing business who specialise in recruitment. This is a new role to the business to support the HR Director, an opportunity for someone who is at Senior HR Advisor level ready for their next step or maybe a HR Manager with a couple of employments on their CV already. A great opportunity for someone who loves being busy and is looking to carve out a career with a business that will support them professionally and academically and encourage their development. This team is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table. They need a HR Manager/Business Partner who is consultative and able to deliver an advisory service. You will need to be self-sufficient, a self-starter, someone with energy and pace who is confident and a great relationship builder. You will ideally have CIPD level 5 &/or 7 but experience and attitude out way these qualifications. This is a very recruitment focussed role but you will also need to be capable and confident with ER. To be considered you'll need to have a solid operational HR background and ideally experience of supporting a fast paced, multi-site business. In addition to your broad practical HR experience across the full range of HR disciplines you will also: Have strong, up to date knowledge of employment legislation; Have excellent communication skills and expertise in building and managing relationships; Be a self-starter, extremely organised and have a keen eye for detail; Be keen to roll up your sleeves and able to work effectively and efficiently to bring projects to completion; Have the ability to create, analyse and use data and key people metrics; Be able to lead, support and develop a small team of talented HR staff; Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
