Overview
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an ambitious residential conveyancer to join a Top 200 law firm based in South East London. The team are well recognised for delivering an exceptional client service and are now considering individuals qualified and non-qualified at all levels to join their award winning property department. The role would require you to independently manage a caseload of residential property matters which include sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and new build matters acting behalf of some high net worth and high profile individuals. You will be expected to play a part within the development of the department providing marketing initiatives in line with growth plans. You will be experienced in managing all aspects of residential property law, with the ability to work under pressure, meeting strict deadlines. The ideal candidate would be very confident in a client facing position, able to deliver an exceptional client service. You will have great technical ability alongside some excellent communication skills. You will be a great team player with the ability to work independently.
