QA Test Engineer-SC/ DV or willing to go for DV Clearance
Overview
Role: QA Test Engineer Total experience: must have at least 3 years Location: London Security Clearance: SC/ DV or willing to go for DV Clearance Start date: 1st July 2020 Essential Skills: Must have extensive hands on functional testing experience within various SDLC types including Agile and DevOps. A strong understanding and extensive hands on test experience of the Sprint , CI/CD and Release testing Lifecycle. Strong knowledge on JAVA language and OOPS concept. Good experience in creating Requirement traceability Matrix to map the requirement. Good experience to review process and testing artefacts like : Test Plan, Test Estimation, define Testing scope, pre-requisite, dependencies, Test Entry/Exit Criteria Test Scenarios and Test Completion Report. Develop and implement different phase level testing such as : Functional Testing (Automation), System integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, End to End Testing API testing, Security testing, Performance Testing & define Risk Based Testing. Experience of BDD and TDD approach using Cucumber. Performance Tools: Performance Center, Neoload, JMeter, Gatling Pro-active in managing dependencies and co-ordinating on test coverage and execution. Experience to adhere TMMi5 standard process. Containerised techniques (using Docker) and Cloud Based Hosting. Open source tools and frameworks including Cucumber, Gherkin, Jasmine, WebDriver, Jenkins/Drone/Gitlab and REST libraries (RESTAssured , Karate). COTS CD tooling, JIRA, Bamboo, confluence, Bitbucket, Nexus, Sonar Cube, etc. Experience of working with micro service architectures and data services. Experience in defiling and advising Test Scope, approach and risk and assumptions across DevOps and Agile testing. Extensive hands on as well as test management experience in delivering testing against a rich and varied function and technical landscape including cloud-based infrastructure. Strong experience of risk-based test planning, preparation, execution and reporting (including all typical deliverables).
