Overview
Exclusive Care Home Managers job available in Llandudno. This is a fantastic opportunity for a current Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge in 2020. OR Perhaps you are a junior manager looking for your first taste of Home Management, well this could be the perfect opportunity for you also. This is a small residential home set in a beautiful location. The current Home Manager is retiring and new owners will shortly be taking over. They are already looking to invest (£100k) with an extension planned to add more beds and you will be pivotal in commissioning this. Now wouldn't that look great on the CV? The home is fully staffed with a low turnover and currently uses no agency staff. It is homely and has some great residents living there, so what more could you want? Well, for the size of the service the salary of up to £30k is very competitive, with the new owners looking at a bonus structure based on performance. This is their first acquisition in the area, but they have big plans to grow organically and acquire further services, so there could be further opportunities down the line for career progression.
