We offer instant pay and flexible working rotas Newcross Healthcare are on the look out for skilled Care Assistants and Support Worker to deliver excellent care and support our service users in Carmarthen, Llandeilo and the surrounding locations. As a Care Assistant, you'll be the person that brings smiles to the faces of the people in our care. This role is a chance to have real responsibility and enjoy the variety that each day brings. Your duties will vary, including anything from assisting residents with their food and drink, following care plans and getting them involved in social activities. You'll work as part of a team, and benefit from many opportunities to develop your career. As a Support Worker, your day-to-day role will involve assisting service users with their daily activities, helping with clinical requirements and ensuring that they have an opportunity to socialise. It'll be your responsibility to maintain their dignity and independence. Could you be our next care-giving hero? You'll already have a minimum of 3 months experience under your belt and hold a valid Moving and Handling certificate. The right to work in the UK is a must.
