Overview

A key client of mine is looking for numerous Helpdesk Engineers to contract for them for varying levels of time. Key Skills Required of the Helpdesk Engineer: Previous experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment are vital for this role Knowledge of Windows 10/7 Office 365 knowledge and technical skills ITIL Foundation knowledge Active Directory management Main Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Engineer: Service Management Provide IT support to all internal staff To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required within the IT support team The successful Helpdesk Engineer will be paid between £120-£250 per day depending on levels of experience.
