Opportunity As part of our client’s Customer Success team, a Customer Operations Associate plays a vital role. The primary goal is to ensure a smooth transition for customers from their previous payroll system to our client’s system. Working closely with the Sales and Product teams, the Onboarding/Operations team adapts to each customers’ unique profile and requirements while configuring their account. The team focus is to anticipate, quickly identify and resolve potential roadblocks which could delay or complicate the onboarding process. After successfully running the first payroll month the onboarding team works closely with the Customer Care Managers before handing over the new customers. Your position is cross-functional and will allow you to work with several different teams within the organisation including but not limited to Sales, Marketing or Product teams.
