Engineering Manager - Up to £100k An established enterprise are seeking an Engineering Manager to help create a revolutionary tool in retail finance that is partnered alongside the market leaders. Offers the ability to work remotely. Responsibility of leading a team and realising your ideas. This role of Engineering Manager exists due to the company's vision of their latest innovation in the market. This opportunity will have you managing a strong full-stack team of developers to modernise the tech stack and developing new features. As an Engineering Manager you will have the freedom to influence technical decisions. You will need: 4 Years Experience within Java 4 Years Experience with Node Experience leading and managing a team of developers Nice to haves: Recruiting Experience / Team Building TDD / BDD The team have a very relaxed family feel to the company, even though the option to work from home is available they pride themselves on an office that makes you want to be there.
