Overview
Hoop Nursing are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to work in a purpose-built residential care home providing nursing provision for young adults with complex care needs, in Cardiff. The client aims to provide service users with the support and opportunities required to lead a positive and fulfilling lifestyle by offering a vast range of services that are tailored to each individual’s needs. You will join a staff team whose core aim is to provide high quality, tailored support to those with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will empower and champion service users and will play an active role in helping them meet their personal aspirations and pursue their goals.
