Registered Nurse

Work as Registered Nurse within a luxury nursing home close to Knutsford in Cheshire. The award winning Home provides high quality nursing, dementia and assisted living care, and we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse for a full time position. 36, 42 or 48 hours a week are available covering days and nights from 7-7. You will be working on a unit for 30 residents with general nursing requirements. The salary is at a highly competitive rate of up to £21ph including paid breaks. The annual salaries are up to £51,000 depending on hourly rate and contracted hours. Day to day activities as Registered Nurse - RGN include; · Assess residents health and wellbeing across a complex and changing caseload · Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals health and wellbeing needs · Promote best practice as a Registered Nurse · Contribute to quality improvement · Work autonomously with minimum supervision Responsibilities and Qualifications; · You will be a natural team player with the ability to lead when needed · Hold an up to date NMC Registration and fully maintained PREP. · Passion for working with and supporting the needs of Senior Adults · Effective interpersonal communication and influencing skills · Demonstrate an up to date knowledge and training on topics such as infection control and Health and Safety What you will be offered; You'll receive regular training and supervision, along with development opportunities across the business.
