Overview
What will you be doing? You will be responsible for delivering an empowering welfare service through working closely with learners to enable them to contact and engage with services and information to address barriers to learning caused by financial, accommodation, personal and social challenges. You will create a visible and accessible welfare services to students and to engage proactively with curriculum areas, learning support and other services to ensure a holistic approach to supporting and advising students. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
