MASH Children's Social Worker

Seven Social Care are looking for a Temporary Children's Social Worker to work in the MASH team in Nottinghamshire. The contract is initially for 3 months, with a possible extension. The role: The MASH Officer will work as part of a multi agency integrated team assessing referrals regarding children aged 0-18. The MASH process includes searching for and collating information from a range of sources including databases and other professional and attending multi agency discussions. You will need to be adaptable, to work well under pressure both individually and as part of a team and to work to tight timescales. You will need excellent communication skills to ask questions sensitively of professionals and members of the public calling in. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: Degree approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Experience: 2 years working with children as a qualified Social Worker in the UK. Compliance: Up to date HCPC registration and DBS. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
