If you answered yes to all these questions, then I would like to speak to you about a fantastic opportunity to join this caring company as an administrator on a permanent contract. In this feel good role, you will be required to ensure all patients have the appropriate authorisation from the insurer before the commencement of their treatment. As Patient Referral Administrator you will be required to liaise with insurers, self-funding patients and other third parties. This fantastic role will involve administration of patient records to ensure the finance team and wider business are always informed of progress and changes to forthcoming treatment. Key Responsibility’s: • Liaise with various insurance companies • Liaise with patients regarding costs of treatment and payment terms • Maintain and update patient referral information for each centre • Liaise with the finance team in all aspects of patient accounts administration • Liaise with consultants, secretaries, radiographers, nursing staff and patient administration staff • Provide excellent communication and organisational skills at all times • Ensure all patients and insurers experience the highest levels of service at all times • Maintain accurate and complete records of patient details • Ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times. • Follow departmental protocols, policies and procedures The Person: • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail • Ability to work to deadlines • Ability to multitask and prioritise what is important • Confident, approachable and strong team working skills • Strong administration experience • Quick learner For more information, please contact Ronnie at REED – Together, we can put the love back into Mondays
