Mortgage Administrator - Temp to Perm

Our client is a world renowned Building Society. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 12 month (temp to perm) contract based in Bournemouth. Location: Portman House, Bournemouth BH2 6EP Rate of pay: £9.30 per hour Hours of work: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm Start Date: 27th April 2020 Duration: 12 months (Temp to Perm) Purpose of the Role: This department deals with Mortgages: You'll be servicing all aspects of existing mortgage accounts; taking inbound customer calls, outbound servicing calls and internal referral calls and administration of customer mortgage accounts, producing correspondence. Specific duties vary depending upon the team you join 80% Administration tasks and 20% telephony mixture of inbound and outbound calls- customers, internal, solicitors need to be able to communicate to different audiences. Each day the tasks they will be required to work on will be scanned on their internal systems (QL or EG) to see what type of queries have come in and will be passed over to them to respond to. Queries can vary by changing an address, changing a direct debit etc responding to them by telephone or letter.
