Overview
Berry Recruitment have a new exciting opportunity to a Customer Service Accounts Executive for a well established production company based in Kings Lynn The role will involve: - Providing a timely, professional and accurate customer support on quotes, visuals and enquiries by telephone, email and online. - Be able to readily describe the key features, advantages and benefits of all the products in the range. - Look to develop your skills and confidence in understanding the sales strategy and their role. - Develop positive working relationships with key accounts and other customers to encourage sales growth. - Work to achieve and exceed standards set out within the customer service charter and develop excellent customer relationships. You will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be required to attend exhibitions and roadshows as required. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Salary is £17,000-£21,000 DOE.
