Position: RMN (Nights) Location: Warrington Salary: £18ph Shifts: 48 hours (Paid Breaks) A Dementia and Elderly nursing home are looking for experienced RMN to join their team in Warrington. The home consists of 74 beds and luxury accommodation providing care to residents needing general nursing or specialist dementia care and has a good CQC rating. What the role involves: • Ensuring the well-being of all residents both long term and short term • ascertaining that their physical, emotional and social needs are met • Implementing personalised assessments and developing care plans to match each resident’s needs • Providing exceptional levels of care to all service users • Regularly analysing risk factors and working in conjunction with other health professionals to modify care plans as appropriate • Liaising effectively with all actively • Be dedicated to continuous professional development What you’ll need: • Valid Nursing PIN (RMN) • 2 years’ experience working in a nursing home • 2 years’ experience working in mental health If this opportunity interests you, and you believe that you’ve got what it takes to be a successful candidate, I would be more than happy to arrange a conversation with you to discuss this further.
