Panel Beater (Vehicle Body Repair Technician) Salary: £35,500 per annum Location: Chiswick Honda, 4 Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YT Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm this will include some Saturdays; we would ask any candidate to be flexible as additional working hours may be required to fulfil customer's needs About the Company: At Norton Way Group, we believe in 'being the best' and we want the best to work with us. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Panel Beater to join our busy team based in our Chiswick Honda Bodyshop. Norton Way Group is a family run business established in 1989. Panel Beater Responsibilities : Repair vehicles, including dismantling and reassembling Correctly interpret instructions from the job card/repair order, following all documented quality procedures and complying with repair instructions Obtain any necessary technical information and attend training to keep abreast of the latest technical information Examine vehicles completely and report orally and/or in writing; on condition, safety, reliability and performance, reporting any potential repair difficulties immediately Accurately report and record work done, and tests carried out, and to immediately report any further work required or vehicle faults Panel Beater Requirement: At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role Qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) Ability to work to customer driven timescales Work as part of a team or on their own High efficiency (Essential) Ability to ensure that work is completed to the required standard first time, every time Panel Beater Benefits: Flexible holiday scheme Pension contributions Preferential rates on vehicle purchases, MOTs, servicing and parts Access to our Rewards portal offering retail discounts across the UK If you think that you are suitable for this Panel Beater role, please apply now
