EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATOR BASILDON, ESSEX £26,000 - £28,000 DOE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Export Sales Administrator to join a leading manufacturer and distributor based in Basildon. Working within a reputable and forever growing organisation, you will be part of a thriving and busy sales back office team. The Role Speaking with customers via telephone and email to provide ongoing support and good customer service Processing orders from both their UK warehouses and factories in the Middle East and calculating the CBM to ensure containers are filled to maximum capacity Liaising with different warehouses to coordinate the picking of stock and loading of containers Liaising with different forwarders to book containers, check vessel dates and confirm container delivery dates to their customers Checking and confirming export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, COO) ensuring they contain the correct information and are legalised/certified as required for the destination country Working with their Quality Department to understand any new regulations for importing to the Middle East Issuing Declarations of Conformity, collating Test Reports and supplying them to their customers in Kuwait as and when required Supplying a wide range of bespoke items for their Middle Eastern customers, creating new item cards on their sales system (Navision) and work with their marketing department and China office to ensure the correct artwork and labelling is produced and applied to all the products Attending exhibitions to showcase their new stocks for existing and potential customers Assist their UK sales team in processing orders and dispatching using UPS and DHL courier services Maintaining electronic and manual filing Creating and sending sales reports to sales director on a weekly and monthly basis The Candidate Applicants MUST have previous SALES ORDER PROCESSING / PROCESSING ORDERS experience Previous EXPORTS experience is a MUST for this role Ideally we are looking for candidates who have export experience within the MIDDLE EAST (applicants will be considered automatically) Experience of working with a manufacturer / distributor would be beneficial for this role Experience of Navision would be a huge advantage Proficient in all Microsoft Windows applications - Word, Excel & Outlook
