Overview
Experienced Folder Gluer Operator required for leading independent manufacturer based near Papworth Everard, Cambridgeshire. Responsibilities will include setup and running of a Folder Gluer, whilst ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met and maintained. Experience of running a Bobst machine is extremely desirable, particularly experience with different styles of carton, and both hot and cold glues. You will also be responsible for supervision and motivation of Production Operatives working with you on your line, ensuring that any issues are reported to management in a timely manner. You will be working in a BRC certified environment, so previous experience working with food packaging is an advantage but not essential as full training in this will be given.
