Production Team Leader Job Title: Production Team Leader Salary & Benefits: Up to £29,000 benefits Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire Industry: Mechanical, Production, Oil/Gas, Water Treatment An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with an internationally recognised manufacturing company specialising in high level precision mechanical products. You will be working as a Production Team Leader assisting, motivating and managing several mechanical assembly / fitting technicians. Ideally, you will be apprentice trained and a qualified Engineer with previous experience of working within a high end precision manufacturing environment. You will need have a demonstrable background of working within a supervision or team leader environment as well as experience of working within a continuous improvement environment. Production Team Leader Requirements: Ideally apprentice trained or with a recognised engineering qualification Previous experience of working with continuous improvement tools Previous experience of working within a high end precision environment Ideally experience of Mechanical Assembly, Fitting and Testing Production Team Leader Responsibilities: You will be expected to manage a team and expected to ensure complete training and motivation of your team members You will need to plan your work load and distribute it among your team members effectively You will need to ensure complete set up for testing products and will be first point of contact in case of any technical issue You will need to work in coordination with other departments to ensure smooth completion of our product testing You will need to lead by example and implement best practise processes in the area You need to be hands on in providing technical solutions to customers If you are interested in this Production Team Leader opportunity, click Apply Now and we will be in touch with you soon.
