Overview

Are you looking for your next step in Quality Assurance? We are working with a large government company who are looking for a Customer Support Quality Assessor to support their team. As Customer Support Quality Assessor you will be assessing the knowledge and skills of their support team and provide coaching to help them deliver excellent customer service. As Customer Support Quality Assessor you will need to Quality Assess work outputs against work processes to identify deviations. Provide 121 and team coaching for continuous improvement Reviews the handling of customer enquiries against a framework to monitor quality and identify improvements. Deliver monthly quality assurance outputs in line with targets What you will bring to the team Experience of working within a quality assurance framework and understand the methodologies. Ability to communicate outcomes, coach and influence Experience of planning, prioritising and delivering own work activities.
