Overview

I am currently looking for assembly operators in the OX44 post code. Please note, you must be able to drive and own a car to get to this location, there is no public transport in this area. This role is for Assembly Operators, paying £8.50 per hour. Monday to Friday work, working 7am until 4pm and 7am until 11am on a Friday. THE DAY TO DAY… Safe operation of machine and tools Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools Operates equipment needed to perform the job Strict adherence to standard work Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to communicate THE QUALIFICATIONS… Ability to stand for 8 hours a day Must be able to use hands to position parts in place Able to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment Capable of adhering to Standard Work Ability to work as part of a team Desire for personal development and growth
