Overview

FLT Drivers required with Reach Licences for an immediate start working on an ongoing basis for Acorn's distribution warehouse client based on Manor Park in Runcorn. Essential criteria: The ideal candidate must have externally accredited, in date Reach certification and at least 6 months driving experience of the trucks. The job role involves: Driving the Forklift Trucks in the warehouse and yard. Adhering to strict health and safety regulations at all times. Unloading and loading deliveries and shipments. Moving stock within different warehouse locations. There are other non-driving tasks which are also a part of the role, including general warehouse tasks and some computer work. A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help colleagues when needed are also required. Health and safety awareness is also extremely important Hours The hours of work are 6am -2.30pm 5 days out of 7, there is some weekend working required on a rota basis Pay The rate of pay is £9.30 per hour.
